Dating – Sundays 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

The Senior Youth is now discussing how to date like Christians. What constitutes a relationship? How should men conduct themselves during a date? What expectations are there for women? All of these questions and many, many more will be looked into. Using videos, stories, and open discussion about real experiences, we hope to tackle this issue together. In a world where we only get older, dating is something every Christian needs to know about. If you have any questions, need advice, or just want to hang out with the group, head on down to the house for dating lessons.

Senior Youth attend the National Youth Gathering

All of the Senior Youth National Youth Gathering attendees have returned from their experience! From the learning and celebrating that took place at mass events to the fun at the beach and at Universals, the youth grew together into a much stronger group. Each one of us returned with many, many memories and look forward to spreading God's word back in Olathe once more. Ask any of us about the various activities we participated in, and we will be glad to share. Three years from now, the next gathering will be held; where ever it takes place, we encourage the next group to go.

Main Senior Youth Activities

On a weekly basis the Senior High Youth gathers three times:

On Sunday morning (9:30 to 10:30 a.m.) we gather for Bible Study and Prayer.
On Wednesday evenings (6 to 7:30 p.m.) we gather for Hang-Out. Hang-out is time dedicated to hang out with your church friends while discussing a few current issues. Although it is low key, it can be ever so rewarding: where else can you hang out and just be yourself?
Each Wednesday, Beautiful Savior's most energetic music group, PRAISE 150, meets; to get in on the fun, contact a member of the band for more information.
